Cornwall Cakes was established in 1996 by Rob & Jo Bader. Working from kitchens in Bude, we produce hand made desserts for catering businesses in the South-West of England and also further afield.
Here at Cornwall Cakes we work hard to produce the finest quality desserts. As a result we are regularly awarded for our efforts both regionally and nationally. Our most recent awards are listed below:

The business changed hands in March 2009 and is now under the ownership of Ben Dayman.
Ben worked as a pastry chef for Cornwall Cakes for over five years and intends to continue to build on the solid reputation and standards set by Rob & Jo.

Cornwall Cakes employ two hard working, highly trained chefs. Heather Symons has been with the business for over 3 years and is a qualified pastry chef with a wealth of catering experience. Paul Inch Joined the team in March 2009, boasting catering experience from a number of local businesses.
Ben, Heather and Paul all gained their chef training at North Devon College in Barnstaple.
